To be eligible for return

–Item(s) must be in the same condition as received. They cannot be worn, laundered, or used in any way.

– All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date received. Customers seeking return/exchange are responsible for mailing the garment to Sleeping Baby.

– Shipping is non-refundable. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.sleepingbaby.com. If you purchased your Sleeping Baby garment from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the return.

– All sales are final on seasonal/holiday products, mystery sale items, and all clearance items. Due to hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns for products that have been in a baby's mouth.

–  If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace it within 90 days of the date you received the product. Please contact us at support@sleepingbaby.com, attach a photo of the defect, and we will be happy to help you make that exchange!
